The traditional Amis brewing culture is closely connected to daily life and rituals. Chuliniang, located in the Dulan Tribal Community, is an Amis distillery that follows ancient Amis methods for fermenting and brewing. During this experience, a tribal brewer will personally guide you through the brewing process and share stories about Amis brewing culture. At the end, you’ll even get to take home a bottle of your own brew to continue fermenting!
