The traditional Amis brewing culture is closely connected to daily life and rituals. Chuliniang, located in the Dulan Tribal Community, is an Amis distillery that follows ancient Amis methods for fermenting and brewing. During this experience, a tribal brewer will personally guide you through the brewing process and share stories about Amis brewing culture. At the end, you’ll even get to take home a bottle of your own brew to continue fermenting!

Each participant will receive their own brewing ingredients, and after completing the process, you can take home a bottle to continue fermenting — see if you have the lucky touch of a true brewer! All materials and equipment are for personal use, ensuring safety and hygiene.
